I’m Tirhas, most people know me as “Rose”, a licensed insurance agent, registered investment representative, and business coach dedicated to helping women and families build wealth with confidence. As the founder of Legacy Ladies Development, I teach people how to take control of their finances, protect their families, and grow their legacy one smart decision at a time.

My journey began far from where I am today. I came to Canada as a refugee with two little girls in 2019 single mother, starting over with nothing but determination and faith. Like many others, I worked hard, but I didn’t always know how money worked. I learned that financial freedom doesn’t start with money; it starts with mindset and knowledge. Everything changed once I understood how money grows, protects, and multiplies. That’s when I made it my mission to help others do the same.
